The game does not default to the Select button on the Control Mode screen

The game does not default to the Select button on the Control Mode screen when using the Arrow keys or controller.

How to reproduce:

1. Connect a controller
2. Load Minecraft
3. Go to touch settings
4. Go to the Control Mode screen
5. Observe the game not defaulting to the Select button

Observed results:

It does not default to the Select button

Expected results:

It should default to the Select button when the screen is first loaded
