Arrows sometimes bounce when shot at carpet

When shooting an arrow at a Carpet or Moss Carpet, it will sometimes turn in another direction when landing. This also worked on full blocks like grass and stone but it happens more commonly on carpet. Enchantments didn't seem to effect this, and strafing side to side made this more consistent.
