Coordinates are displayed higher on screen in spectator mode

Coordinates are displayed too high when in spectator mode. It's probably because the puppet doesn't show up in spectator mode and the coordinates are shifted up. The game chat is also shifted up in this gamemode.
The coordinates shouldn't be directly at the upper screen border. They should be a bit lower like in the other gamemodes.
