Windows Taskbar keeps popping up when swipe to bottom of screen

so i keep playing minecraft bedrock and whenever i swipe my mouse down too low it opens my taskbar, i have tried multipole timesd to fix it including vids, windows optimizations and more but it keeposd on hapopening
