Players can still break blocks when they are outside from the border block

Players can still break blocks when they are outside from the border block

So normally when players are outside from the border block they cannot break blocks inside of border block even when they are creative so but now players can now break it (without operation) which is kinda annoying specially when you host your minecraft world publicly
