Minecraft getting stuck in the main menu

Minecraft getting stuck in the main menu when you get a 2nd resource pack or use a skin.
Expected Result:
Nothing happens and is completely normal. (Still interactable)
Actual Result:
Gray screen loading and stuck in 53% for 5 minutes then gets fully stuck in the main menu with no buttons to press, no play no sign in no dressing room no settings no marketplace no nothing.
Steps:
Get a resource pack or use a skin
Then after open Minecraft then it should take long to load up until it gets stuck.

This only happens for me for some reason and I don't know why but it's very annoying.
