Black spots on locked maps -Xbox

It started two days ago after this update, same issue everyone else is having on every other platform. They’re a huge black areas on my locked maps in item frames on my walls. When I take the maps out and update the area the black spots disappear, but as soon as I save and quit and return to that world the black spots reappear. It has been happening in my realms world on both my Xbox and my iPhone.
