evokes spawning on peaceful aswell as vindicators

Hello minecraft mods,there is a new bug on minecraft bedrock 1.19.30
Where evokes and vindicators ONLY can spawn on peaceful but they cause no harm except for the villagers. Couldn't show the clip cuz it's 19MB and maximum is 10MB.
