Game Crashing When Launched

Every time I try to open the game, it reaches the Mojang logo and then crashes shortly before the Minecraft logo and progress bar should appear.

I am using a gaming laptop so I don't know why performance would be an issue. 

MCPE-162425 appears to be a similar issue as both it and this issue have both appeared after the 1.19.30 update.

An identical issue has been reported by an iOS user in MCPE-162398 however my issue is on the Windows 10 version.

Please don't mark this as Incomplete, Invalid or Cannot Reproduce. This is a genuine issue which needs attention and the info I have provided is all I have. The game does not open and is unplayable. 

I'm also unsure if the game is sending crash reports as the crashes are happening before the main menu appears.
