Bedrock Add-On Templates missing stuff

For awhile now the Vanilla template provided has been missing "boat.geo.json", "chest_boat.geo.json" and "bell.png" , as a pack creator its hard to make stuff when these are not included, and when I try to make a file called "bell.png" it does not link up ingame even tho in the code it says thats the correct name. Please look into this and all the missing geometry's.
