Audio freak out.

Hi, 

I have been experiencing audio glitches where I open a chest, mob goes off and/or take fall damage, the audio acts as if the game  overlays 20-50 times of the audio in question from with of the for mentioned audio. It as the point of nails on 10 chalkboards to where I cannot play the game. I have tried redownloading, new world, and texture packs to see if anything changes. But nothing. This has happened when my friends joined my world's and viscera. Please look into this as I may not be the only one with this issue.

 

P.S. As this also carries over to streaming audio. It makes it difficult to start streaming on any world. Even on servers.
