Cobwebs do not prevent fall damage

Falling into a cobweb after levitation runs out administers fall damage as usual. This issue persists no matter how well I align the character with the cobweb, and does not depend on whether the cobweb is placed before or during the fall. This directly contradicts the fandom page on the cobweb, which mentions twice that cobwebs completely prevent fall damage.
