Upside down stairs have incorrect hitbox

When building, I place a stair upside down at a 90 degree angle to the other stair. She I went to break the block under it, it didn't let me break it until I went to a corner of it. Notice how when attempting to break the block under the stair from the side, no cracks appear and progress circle doesn't always appear.
