PLEASE CLOSE THIS - Can't craft firework rockets with duration 2 or 3

I can't craft firework rockets with a duration other than 1. When I place gunpowder and paper in a crafting grid, the output slot is empty unless I use the recipe for duration 1 firework rockets.

Please ignore. That’s not how you craft firework rockets with higher flight durations.
