App wont start after 0.15.2.1 update

Every time I try to open the app, it goes to a black screen and then after a few moments kicks me back to my home menu screen. I havent been able to play MCPE in a few weeks; before the .2.1 update, everything worked fine. I have tried to restart my kindle, and I've redownloaded the app to see if that would do the trick, but so far no luck. Hope this can be resolved soon, I miss playing!
