Item Duplication Bug - Realms

This item duplication bug affects Multiplayer, in my case, realms.
It works by having 2 players access a chest, and remove an item at the same time. From my testing, it seems to affect double chests. I also noted that its very "flakey", in the sense that sometimes items will be duped, sometimes it wont.
