By minecraft official Halloween Texture pack sky bug

I noticed that unlike the picture and xbox 360 minecraft. 

The Halloween texture pack misses the right sky box.

The sky is supposed to be orange with purpleclouds but as seen here its not. I still paid extra to have this pack so i would like to see this fixed.
