Equipment tab in creative inventory doesn't allow player to properly move items

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In creative mode, browse through the other tabs. Tap on items and blocks and put them on hotbar slots. Use the new drag and drop feature as well;
2. Try repeting the process in the equipment tab.

Observed Results:
Items from the equipment tab can't be moved normally and only drag and drop works on them.

Expected Results:
The equipment tab works exactly the same as the other tabs.

Notes: Trying to move the items in the survival inventory works fine.
