Didn't get Vanilla Cape on Minecraft Bedrock Edition

I bought Minecraft Java and Bedrock before June 6th 2022, but I didn't get the Vanilla cape in Bedrock Edition. I'm on the same account for both. I don't know why it didn't give it to me on Bedrock, if I did something wrong please let me know.

This is a problem for me on all platforms

(Windows, and iOS, etc. normal Bedrock, and Windows Preview)
