The account disconnect one time a day and reset all configurarions that I've set before (language, touch, textures and others), I already gave all permissions and activate "auto start", that worked for a few days and the same problem begun again, also, after I login and set the configurations again, if I open any another app or close and open the game again, he desactive the texture that I've applied.
