Missing Creeper Hurt Sound

When you hit a creeper, it doesn't produce any hurt sounds. I was using my enchanted fire aspect 2 diamond sword to attack a creeper at that time but it doesn't produce any sounds when hurt.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn a creeper
2. Hit it
