The ~ character is not centered vertically in its space.

When writing ~ letter on top of the sign it make one gap on the sign letter

• Get a sign and write ~~~ then underneath the letter ~~~ write one word

There is more space below the ~~~ row than above it

Expected
Space above and below the ~~~ row will be equal
