I can't pick up items and I don't know what to you

Hey Minecraft Developers, My SkyGen Has Been Through So Many Versions That I had to export it and increase the structure block size to export it to a different world and some of my generators are not working and all my fans are complaining why is it not working. I don't know what to do. I think it is a chunk glitch and I want to be a mc developer when I grow up. I play Minecraft every day. and I have ASD. I tried everything all I ask for is guides on what to do is it going to be fixed I had 1000s of people that joined so much that I had to completely reset all the player data in the world.
