WDW magic kingdom adventure

I’m trying to download WDW magic kingdom adventure. I’m trying to download it. The download bar gets to the middle of the bar and then just restarts. I close the app and it says the market is having issue but I don’t see any ticket created. I deleted the app and even wanted to erase the cache but there is none. Idk what to do since I just paid for it.
