Bought the game and dont activate on launcher

Hi. i bought the game and activated on the minecraft website. in the website i have the game but when i go to the launcher its says play demo. its like i dont own the game. please can you help me? its a microsoft account and i got the game from instant gaming. so the game got activated on the minecraft website but on launcher says to play demo or buy the game
