Minecraft Bedrock Doesn't Use My GPU At All Causing Low FPS

The Minecraft Bedrock version of the game doesn't use the dedicated GPU which causes low FPS when there are entities in the area.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download Minecraft bedrock on a new computer with a dedicated graphics card
2. Open task manager and look at GPU & CPU usage for Minecraft
3. Open a new world and look to see if the GPU & CPU usage changes and monitor FPS
4. Be in an area where there are more than 10 entities

Observed Results:

Minecraft Bedrock GPU usage stays at 0%

Expected Results:

Minecraft Bedrock GPU usage should be above 0%
