Unable to access Marketplace on Nintendo Switch

When starting Minecraft on Nintendo Switch, it take a while to load my Microsoft account. When it finally does and I'm able to click on the Marketplace I get an error message with Error Code L-0.

 

This issue has been going on for weeks and is not specific to the latest update.
