Only my game keeps freezing after update last week

I created and host a realm using my account on my xbox. The world used to work fine until I was prompted to download an update. Now any time I play, my game freezes and I have to force quit and restart. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and reset my xbox but nothing seems to help. I am the only player on the realm this problem affects, and I freeze roughly once per hour.
