Have to click button multiple times to use it

For every button i have to click multiple times usually 3 or more time for it too so what the button was suppose to do[I MEAN THE HOMESCREEN NOT PHYSICAL BUTTONS] and it’s the same for scrolling down i have to scroll up or down atleast 3 or more times for it to actually scroll down and it usually scrolls all the way to the bottom
