100 days toxic world not loading

I am using minecraft for switch, playing 100 days Toxic. For 2wks the world has not loaded. I keep receiving an error saying the software closed because an error occurred. However, there is no more info after that. I updated the software on switch, and I am using the minecraft game card, not the digital version for switch. Please help me regain access to that world, for I put in a lot of effort to make that world amazing.  Thank you.
