Minecraft takes a while to open my worlds and does not open them properly

Blocks are not broken and/or placed, entities spawn but are frozen, and interactions with blocks do not work.

In this world I am testing a package with its own behavior, but the same error occurs in all the others (including the completely vanilla ones).

The error occurs since version 1.19.20.
