This is not a bug, just a question

I play Minecraft Java on Linux and I play Bedrock Edition on Xbox but I feel like we should be able to play Minecraft Bedrock on Linux, it shouldn't just be for windows. so many people want to play on Linux and have to find a way around it in order to do so. I can play but not online because the newest version is not supported. I feel like Minecraft Bedrock Linux Edition should be a thing.
