Old dyes still work

In the Village and Pillage update new dyes were added (black, blue, brown and white dye), so the old dyes (Ink sac, lapis lazuli, cocoa beans and bone meal) should lose their coloring function, but that still goes on.

 

Observed results:

Ink sac, lapis lazuli, cocoa beans and bone meal can still paint.

 

Expected results:

Ink sac, lapis lazuli, cocoa beans and bone meal should no longer paint.
