Main menu, ect, lagging

I had 60 fps, then one day iIgot 8-12 fps. On Friday 2022 augest 19th. I was changeing the location of minecraft to the SD card, but that was the 18th, no lag then. I did everything I know of to make it lag less. Did nothing.
