Can't join own world on a different device

If I try to join a world from my Nintendo Switch Console with a different account on my PC I get the following error message: "Cannot join world. The account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device." , although I'm playing on a different account. This only seems to affect worlds that I once have been in while being logged into my PC account on my Nintendo Switch, because I still can join new worlds.
