Marketplace and Character says "Invalid Session ID"

When I Launch Minecraft, 

The Session ID says it is invalid and the character creator will not load. I have tried many troubleshooting techniques.

Realms will not show and the Server list says "Coming Soon". 

I check for corrupt data, 

It works, but only for one session.
