Worlds from the marketplace are outdated.

When you import a world from the marketplace, It dies not update to the recent minecraft version. example: Prison escape is STILL in 1.13 despite minecraft being in 1.19. Why is this happening? I tried going trough the files, but it is coded in gibberish symbols. anyone knows what is going on? This affects all versions.
