Water Reflektion shows wrong Block Surface

What did i do?
I placed half slaps 3 in a row 1 row quarz one row polished black stone and one again quarz and waterlogged it.

Expected behaviour:
Normal Water ontop of the slaps.

Instead that happen:
The texture of mossy stonebricks appear at random.
