Bedrock 1.19.21 not working on Windows 10

I cannot play crossplataform with my friend because his game (PS4 and Android) is in 1.19.21 version. In my Windows 10 I have the patch notes from 1.19.21 in Minecraft Launcher but when I start the Bedrock Edition it opens the 1.19.20 version.
