Marketplace Crashing While Trying to Download Item

I was downloading Grid Runner from the marketplace on Preview and it took ages to download then after 5 minuets my game crashed. Then when I opened up Preview again it said "Downloading content" over and over again then it crashed my game. I don't know if everybody gets this glitch but now I can't play on preview and i would use the template but i don't really know how to replicate it because it is different on different devices
