I can't access my marketplace or my skins on Nintendo Switch

I can't access my Skins or Marketplace. This bug makes the game borderline unplayable with friends. My friends lose their items every time we load into our survival world because it thinks there a new player because of this bug. Please fix this because me and my friends can't play until this is fixed
