Using a Spyglass while on the very edge of Powdered Snow will remove the fog effect

If you place a two block tall Powdered Snow, and you go to the very edge where you're still in it, and if you see the Powdered Snow "fog" and then if you use a Spyglass, you won't see the fog anymore.
