Jurassic World IOS crashes after few seconds

Hi Support,

we bought for our son Minecraft Jurassic World.

We start the game and after 3 seconds his tablet end the game without any error.

• restart ipad air 3
• test - crashed again
• Delete reinstall game
• test failed with crash

Please provide advice how to proceed.

Device is Ipad Air 3 iOS 15.6.1
