Cannot do continuous bridging over water

Step to reproduce:

• Go to river or somewhere has much water and deep
• Hold the place button to bridge
• Bridge til where you can’t place the block on the bottom of the water

Expected result:

• you can place the block more

Observed result:

• placing block is interrupted
