Minecraft PE wont start

My daughter told me a few weeks ago minecraft wasn't loading on her phone anymore . i have uninstalled and re-installed it and it still comes up "Unfortunately Minecraft Pocket Edition Has Stopped " it then gives 2 options . 1 . Report or 2. OK
