I have minecon 2016 pack and elytra turns invisiblewith the capes

I have minecon 2016 pack and when i equip a skin from the pack with these capes the elytra turns invisible instead of the cape texture.

Also these caoes are not visible on servers and i think this pack i bought is glitched pls fix that and make these capes visible on the servers of pe. Thanks
