Neither the skins I have purchased, nor the free ones are available for me to switch to in any world/realm of mine. (I don't have access to my skins)

Everytime I load up minecraft on my PS4, I am unable to change my skin to any of my purchased or free ones. I have the choice to create a skin or pick the base Steve or ALex skins, but I cannot lick any other free one or any of my purchased ones.
