Bees get stuck in ceiling when covered in pollen

Bees will keep getting stuck in the ceiling only when they're covered in pollen. They get stuck in slabs and full blocks. The only way to get them out without disassembling the greenhouse is by pulling them on leads, but sometimes they go back into the ceiling immediately instead of the hive.
