Big slimes are not spawning in the slime chunks or swamps

I was playing in the aternous server and I was looking for slimes for slime bolls but when I try i only get small slimes which don't drops slime bolls.so i make an world in game and try to get slime in game but it didn't work either . I would like if you fix this mojang
