Bad xp bar overlay on phones, especially when jumping with a horse

The xp bar doesn't align properly on phones (maybe caused by the extra hotbar inventory button), causing a visual glitch when jumping with a horse

To reproduce just ride a tamed horse with a saddle and jump (only tested on phones, may or may not occur on other platforms)
